TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • PAYMENT: Strictly 50% payment first! A deal is not closed and the task will not be started without a downpayment. The remaining 50% will be sent after approval of the output. Proof of payment must be shown after every payment.

  • RUSH COMMISSIONS: An output will be counted as "rush" if commission is due within or less than 48 hours (2 days) after closing the deal. Rush commissions will have an additional fee of 20%. Changing deadlines will incur the same fee.

  • REVISIONS: Each commission is allowed up to two (2) free revisions, exceeding this will cost an additional revision fee of 20%

  • DISCOUNTS: Customers are eligible for a 10% discount on bulk commissions, or three and more outputs.

  • COMMERCIAL USE FEE: Creative commissions that will be used for commercial purposes will have a 20-30% additional fee

  • READING/WATCHING FEE: Articles that exceed 10 pages will have a reading fee starting at P15; Books will have a starting reading fee of P200; Films will have a watching fee of P40/hourt
